Recommendation:

Base Layer: SkiGo LF Blue

Race Paraffin: SkiGo Orange/Green Premix

Fluoro Powder: C105 Powder Topcoat: C22/C105 Block 1:1. 22 block down, 105 block over, rotofleece together, and brush out well.

Structure: For Saturday’s classic sprint, a light linear structure from the back of the kick zone back. For heats, probably add linear in front as well. For the skate distance day, V05 or V075 will be in the mix, and we will be testing the morning of to confirm.

Kick: Check in for latest results. We’ve had great luck with SkiGo HF Red out here in similar conditions and Guru Red is a favorite in the Sierra Snow.

Test Discussion-

SkiGo Orange/Green premix has won multiple tests in new snow here in California, beating many industry standards. C105 powder is a safe call given the amount of new snow coming in. It might be sped up with

some C22 powder mixed in, especially for later starters. C22/105 block combo has already won multiple tests in new snow this year and continues to be a standout.

CONCLUSIONARY NOTES – BNS will have a table set up and will be testing top coats, kick, and hand structure at the venue. Come by to get our latest test results and recommendations.

note: BNS imports Holmenkol and SkiGo waxes, and also sells waxes from Swix, Toko, Rode, Solda, Rex, Guru, Innovax, Magnar and others. We search for the fastest waxes for our customers and our testing is professional, objective and transparent. We make our best effort to test what we think is the best from each brand. However, given that we are testing more options from Holmenkol and SkiGo, there is a bias toward those brands. With this full disclosure, you can assess
