We provide skiers of all abilities with the knowledge, tools and experience to set ambitious goals, optimize training and achieve what they set out to do.

Cross-country skiing is a highly technical sport, and expert coaching helps you navigate the intricacies of training, equipment and strategy with confidence.  Use our decades of XC skiing-specific coaching experience to maximize the results of your limited training time.

BNS's expert cross-country skiing coaches help you accomplish your goals, whether you want to win championships or simply improve so you can have more fun skiing; whether you need a single 30-minute video analysis session, a weekend technique clinic or dedicated daily coaching 365 days per year.
